CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

  • Among the must-try dishes in the menu is the Binulo Sisig, a sizzling plate of chopped pork ears, cheeks, and liver, seasoned with a blend of onions, garlic, and chili peppers. The dish is a true embodiment of Kapampangan ingenuity — transforming humble ingredients into a culinary masterpiece.

  • We really enjoyed dining at Binulo Restaurant. They are one of the reasons why we believe Filipino cuisine is the next big thing in the international culinary community. They are very successful in using indigenous cooking methods and ingredients to come up with extraordinary flavors that we're sure even the most discerning palates would really appreciate.

  • This isn't your ordinary sinigang na hipon; rather, it is fresh water prawns or ulang in sour broth. The dish was served straight out of the bamboo stalk where it was cooked. It has the right sour taste and the juicy prawn is tender and so flavorful.
